A description of a review of a new raised artillery company,
together with a summary account of the excelling military
genius of some of Governor Hutchinson's officers (as well as
knowing in the art militaire as himself) apprehending that
the western can fully vie with the eastern counties, my muse
led me to the following observations. . .
